West Virginia Center for Patient Safety The purpose of the (WVCPS) is to improve patient safety and the quality of health care delivery through the application of science and implementation of best-practice evidence to save lives and reduce costs. The WVCPS is an independent, non-profit organization that is jointly owned by the West Virginia Hospital Association, the West Virginia Medical Institute and the West Virginia State Medical Association. |
WVHA Patient Safety Council The charge of this project is to provide an ongoing stream of
methodology to improve hospital quality of care and patient safety
systems. WVHA Patient Safety Council will initially focus on a
few projects. These projects are
WVHA sponsored projects and are not a part of the WV Center for
Patient Safety. |
