Talk to her about what you're doing throughout the day, while you're diapering her, bathing her, or tidying up her room. Take her on a walk around the house and tell her about different objects. Babies prefer simple, clear language that's expressed in a higher-pitched tone (this usually comes naturally to adults when they talk to babies).
